I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but I struggled with the noise from the Chaos Bar nearby, which really disturbed my sleep. While the staff, especially Chad, was quite helpful, I did encounter some rudeness from a receptionist. The location was convenient for getting around, but it's right next to a busy street, making it less than ideal during peak hours.

The rooms were comfortable but lacked basics like a kettle and large towels. The noise from the bar nearby was quite disruptive.
Service

Chad from the staff was really helpful and kind, but I did find some of the other staff, particularly a receptionist named Ahmed, to be rude.

The hotel is in a pretty convenient spot, about 20 JD from Queen Alia International Airport and only 2 JD from downtown by taxi. However, it’s right next to a busy road, which can be quite crowded, especially during midday.

I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. The rooms were a bit shabby and could definitely use some updates, but the staff was quite friendly and attentive. While the location was decent, not far from downtown, the dining options left a lot to be desired, especially at breakfast. Overall, it’s an average choice for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you're looking for something luxurious.

Rooms

The rooms were worn out and not very well maintained, with some gaps in the walls. It felt more like a 2-star hotel than a boutique one.

The location was alright, a short taxi ride downtown. However, the basement room lacked any windows and wasn't very inspiring.

The breakfast was quite disappointing with minimal offerings like stale bread and oozing cheese. It wasn't what I expected for the price.
Facilities

The facilities were basic and didn’t have much to offer in terms of amenities. Just felt very minimal.

I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. While the rooms were absolutely trendy and elegant, complete with a flatscreen TV and a modern bathroom, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired as they had a smoky smell upon check-in. Service varied; one manager was incredibly helpful, while another was less cooperative. The location was quite convenient for getting around the city, but the breakfast options were pretty minimal. Overall, it was a blend of nice features alongside a few areas that could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was quite convenient, being nearly close to various areas and attractions. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean, although I faced a bit of disturbance from nearby nightlife. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired, especially with a misunderstanding regarding my laundry. All in all, it offered good value for money, but there were a few hiccups.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, though mine was unfortunately located right above a bar, which caused some noise disturbances during the night.
Service

The service was a bit tricky. While one staff member was very accommodating, another seemed to misunderstand my request related to laundry, which was frustrating.
Location

The location is quite good, close to various areas and not far from the bustling Shmesani restaurant street.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is nice, but it’s pretty crowded near the Jordan Hospital and not very close to many attractions aside from a few restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, but they lacked some basics like a kettle and large towels, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was very helpful and friendly, which made my stay more pleasant.

Rooms
